A FAMILY AFFAIR....
Welcome to our website.
We are Gerrard and Sarah Spear, we are a family run property letting business based in Plymouth, specialising in student lets.
Having put two children through Plymouth University and spending many an hour looking at property in the area and dreaming of moving to Devon, in September 2021 we decided to move ourselves from Hampshire to Plymouth.
With over twenty years experience in the property letting industry, we pride ourselves on being approachable, responsible landlords. We have always managed our own property lets and we really care about our tenants.
Having two children at university age has given us an insight into the varying levels of student accommodation available and we offer something better.
We have 5 properties in our portfolio with 17 letting rooms in total. They are popular properties and often students who join us in their second year decide to stay for their third and/or fourth years too.
We live locally to our properties and if there is ever an issue for tenants we can be there in a jiffy.
