How big are the bedrooms?
All of our Double Bedrooms are fitted out with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside table, lamp and a chest of drawers. The configuration of the furniture will depend on the room layout. You will also have a kitchen and Lounge and the dining area will be in either of these two rooms.

How many people can rent a property?
Our property capacity ranges from 2 to 5 tenants. Ideally we like to let to groups so the properties are occupied with friends and like minded people.
3 \
How do I view a property?
Simply call, email, text or WhatsApp us. Ideally you will have all your potential housemates with you to view the property together but additional viewings are of course not a problem, but you may find the room you want has been reserved. We would advise that you decide on your group as soon as you can into your 1st year... and view properties in your first term, certainly before Christmas, for the following September to avoid disappointment.

What do I need to bring?
For your bedroom, you will need pillows, duvet and bedding and bedsheets, (a new matterss cover is provided for each new tenant).
In the kitchen, we provide washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop and dustpan and brush.
You will need to bring everything to prepare, cook and eat your meals but do discuss this with your fellow housemates who brings what, otherwise you may end up with too many chopping boards and 50 mugs in the cupboard.
5 \
How long is my tenancy agreement?
48 weeks, from September 1st to August 1st. If you are staying for a second year we can arrange to store your things over the summer break.
6 \
How do I report a problem in the property?
We will set up a WhatsApp group chat for your property. For example, if a tap leaks, just pop a message on the chat and we will reply and get it fixed asap.
7 \
Can my partner stay over?
We aren't your mum and dad, as long as your housemates don't mind and they aren't moving in permanently, that is not a problem.

Do I need to pay a deposit and when do I pay my rent?
Once you agree you want to rent a property, we require a rent garantor form to be filled out, this is in place of your deposit and is usually filled in by a parent or family member over 18 years of age.
Rent payments are due at the start of every term in line with student loan agreements. Payments are made by bank transfer and bank details are within your contract.
An assured short term tenancy form [ AST] is also necessary for you to fill in at this point as part of your rental agreement.
